	I Need Maroon Anemone Info

Maroon clownfish, yes, but not a maroon anemone. If you were thinking about adding this clown to your tank, I would not. You've already got two other clownfish species, and your aquarium is pretty full as it is. The maroon clown is the largest species of clownfish, and one of the most aggressive. And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."

Fluff Small Fry Posts: 5 Kudos: 3 Votes: 2 Registered: 01-Feb-2006	Edited by Fluff I researched this anemone a while back and found out that it is one of the hardest anemones to keep. It requires high lighting as well as intermittent strong water flow. It gets pretty large 10-12" across, maybe larger. It would appreciate some meaty foods once or twice a week but should get alot of it's nutrients from the water and good lighting as well. HTH
