Si I finally got my camera replaced after a long drawn out fight with Minolta. So here are some pictures of my 75 and my Nano.
So without any further delay.

Here is my Nano

Here is a close up of the fish and first coral.

Here is the whole thing and the bed stand it is on

And here is the refitted canopy. I used a 13 Watt PC ballast and reflector from Hellolights with a 50/50 Actinic/10K bulb.
It took some cutting and rewiring but it looks nice I think.

And my 75 gallon Reef

A close-up of my newest coral. Anyone want to help identify.

Here is my smaller Mushroom colony. This grew from a single hitchhiker.

Here is my larger and prettier colony.

My hammer coral. Probably one of my favorites.

And finally my green Star polyps. THey are really starting to spread fast.

Thanks DRO. I bet my tank would look a lot better with a New Canopy and all the lights mounted. Don't you...

I have had the hammer coral just over a year now. When I first got it there were only two small branches on it. Now It has over 17 that I can count and probably a couple that are hard to see because of the angle and such. The pictures don't show the color really well but it is a purple with tan highlights.

Live rock rubble is just small pieces of Live rock. There are a couple ways to get it. First you can go to your LFS and just get a lot of tiny pieces from their LR tanks. Or you can do what I did and take a ball pin hammer to a larger piece.

Carbon is used in any aquarium. Fresh water or Marine. It is used in filters to help remove some of the nasties from the water. It is also used in water filtration systems such as brita.

How many liters is your small tank? I have seen quite a few here with a buildin filter at the back, very neat. I take it water changes are quite often on it.
Your big setups looks very nice, keep it up.

Not sure the conversion rate from US Gallons to Liters. I think there is a calculator on the page that does it though.

I don't do water changes all that often. Perhaps once a month or every 6 weeks. There isn't enough Bio Load on the tank to really cause to much trouble,.
