Well I order a couple fish from Premium Aquatics. I should be getting them on Thursday.

First I ordered Male filamentosus Flasher Wrasse. I'm pretty excited about this one, they look amazing. According to the guys at Premium, it was the best looking wrasse they had in stock. I think that was even compared to the Golden Fairy Wrasse($399). Either way, I'll be very happy come Thursday.

I also ordered a Striped Poison Fang Blenny. I thought this guy just looks cute, and sorta unique, so I got him too

So hopefully come Thursday, or there about, I'll have some pictures for you guys

What are the other fish already in the tank?

Whiteray Shrimp goby, Hi Fin Banded Goby, and Mandarin.

Scratch that. I ordered a harem of Flasher Wrasses instead from Pet Solutions. Should get them Thursday or Friday though.

Ooooooo.. Filamented Flasher Wrasses.. Those are nifty.. I hope the harem does well for you.. When they come in, make sure you get us some pictures, k??

In fact, this bad boy should be here by next week as well. I can defentinally provide pictures then.

LOL one fish that I really miss from SW is the cowfish... it doesnt have attractive color but I loved their personalities, and they would always swim right up to the tank side to see me when I entered the room.

Well, they came yesterday. They looked healthy, but very listless when they arrived. Thats probably normal though.

For 12 hours yesterday they all just sat on the substrate, that had me very worried. This morning when the lights came on two were hiding under the same rock as yesterday, but they did venture out to feed. Still no sign of the third one though I do have lots of rock though, so he could easily be hiding somewhere in the tank. I'm just hoping he's not dead. Pictures will come eventually.

Good Luck with them, Mike.. Hopefully once they've had a chance to settle in everyone will be healthy..

Ahhh, FINALLY!

I just fed the tank about 5 minutes ago. The two female wrasses were already out and about this morning. That made me quite nervous as I still have not spotted the male. I went ahead and dunked my bar of cyclopeze into the tank, and to my great satisfaction the male wrasse popped out of the rock work and started to vigriously chase the food! I guess he was feeling a little shy in his new home.

I'm quite happy now, I thought maybe my first online live stock order had failed me. Everything turned out great though! Thumbs up to Pet Solutions.com for being able to get me what I wanted at a reasonable price

Mikey I know you have a ridiculous amount of live rock and a huge pod population, but you are always the first person to jump down some ones throught that they are thinking of having a mandarin in a tank smaller than a 125, if you have one in a 75 why should you be able bite people heads of for wanting to keep one in a 75?

Tank size isn't whats important, and I've never said they need to be in a 125 gallon tank. What I've probably said is they need 125 pounds of LR, not of water. Space isn't so important to them, but food sure is.

Alright but I remember, When I had a scooter blenny, I had gotten a sump and a Refuge and was breeding Pods with live rock and rubble in both, well over 125 lbs you still said this wasnt enough...

Maybe I said that, I don't know. I honestly don't even remember you having a sump and fuge either, so who knows.

My mandarin also eats frozen food, and I've been adding live pods to my tank, so there will be no shortage of food for him.
