Well, i swapped my nano around a bit. well, drastically.
Now my tanks been running for around a year, there is plenty of life to support copepod eating animals.
I couldnt bare to part with my punky jawfish, so he stayed. Pipefish, welcome.
Only one (i know, i know) as that is all the had of this species, and although i considered a pair of jannis as friends for them, i'll hold out and wait till next week when some more of these come in.
I introduce to you, the DragonFace Pipefish, Corythoichthys haematopterus.

Now, everyone say "Awwww.."

Tanks looking great Mez and that pipefish is a good looking specimen, even i find it cute lol

How often are you feeding him, most books ive read said they need to be fed several times a day, would you agree?

Hows that mantis going BTW?

It depends on what you're feeding them mate - they will naturally graze all day yes.
the mantis is fine, he shed the other day and has regrown his appendages. Here's a photo of the tank (a bit dark but hey)

And with the LEDs

Nice setups and new fish Mez, good luck with him. I know pipefish can be tough to keep long term.
