i was just wondering is it possible to start a 10G saltwater aquarium. i am thinking about doing one just to see how it works. any information would help

Personally I would never attempt a 10 gallon, but it is possible. Bigger is better as far as stability is concerned.

I know there are people that have nano tanks out there but dont make the mistake of thinking that smaller will be easier. Larger tanks with large water volume are more forgiving during times of problems and mistakes. IMO I always suggest a 55 gallon or larger for your first tank.
