When I had my 180 set up (with 80g refugium) I would do a 50g water change once a week....on my current 10g I do a 6 gallon change every week. A lot depends on what type of tank you have (reef, FO, FOWLR) and what your water parameters are at, etc. |

So unless an online place has a free shipping deal its probably best to just get it locally. |

I try my hardest to do that once a week. Right now it's understocked and underfed, so there's not much waste buildup. I also like the book Marine Fishes by Scott Micheal for a reference guide.
