I have a dozen or so of these type of criters in my sump. The small ones are the size of a a ball point pen roller. The largest is about a 16th of an inch. They move by extending the hood part like a ballon the pulling themselves along. The only color to them is a tiny white dot in the center of the hood and the top of the hood.Pretty cool be I can't identify them. They don't show very well with my camera so here's this!

I think it is a flatworm/planaria. Look at this link and go down about 2/3rd's of the page and see photo. http://www.wetwebmedia.com/invertidfaqs.htm The title of the inquiry is "Funny creature... Flatworm eating copepods 9/1/03"

Here is another inquiry and photo, but happens to the be the first entry http://www.wetwebmedia.com/invertidfaq5.htm

You are lucky, the flatworms that you have are harmless. They will feed on pods, and once the pod population dies down they will die off also. Nothing to worry about IMO.

Here's another link to a picture that may be more similar in regards to color for you:

not really harmful, except if they die off in huge numbers because they release toxins. They also will sit on your corals to soak up the light, hence not letting your corals get the light that they need.
