You know the type: little skinny body, big ol' eyes. After a few weeks I'd imagine they start to develop a body type with their beak and everything - the same way that fluke (flounder) begin to turn onto one side, or eels begin to elongate. |

Tiny tiny. However, I would guess they must have some similarity to other fry in that they look like tiny worms with big eyes. Livebearer fry are a bad comparison to most fish fry as they, despite what we may think, are already quite "fully developed". Many fish are not that developed when they hatch, and so if the livebearer fry are what you are referring to as "cute", marlin fry are "cute" in a more undeveloped different way, if they can be described as "cute" at all.
