 | finally got a skimmer! |
Dafridge  Enthusiast Posts: 154 Kudos: 113 Votes: 17 Registered: 16-Jul-2003   | my mother finally let me get a protein skimmer for me 55g its the seaclone 100 that means i get live rock now,YAY!! could not having a protein skimmer before be responisble for any of my fish deaths? now that i have the skimmer can i donate one of my two aqua clears to my african cichlids and have one standard AQ500 or 110 and the skimmer be sufficient for the tank?? |

One thing I noticed about the seaclone, though; my friend never had a problem with hers, but I eventually returned mine because it was contintually spilling micro bubbles into the tank. Also, after taking it apart for cleaning one day, it decided to leak. Just watch that. I'm so adjective, I verb nouns! |
