Welcome.

Well...more rock is always better. It's recommended to have a pound of porous live rock per gallon of water for effective biological filtration. More rock will fill out your tank and help keep it running smoother. I'd get more.

You dont have to necessarily wait a month to add fish, you just need to wait until your tank is mostly cycled. The live rock will do that for you. If you're going to add more, do it now, that way if it's not fully cured, you wont have anything deadly happening in your tank. Clowns are pretty hardy normally, so I dont really see you having many problems with fish loss.

Your stocking list sounds fine, the clowns and the shrimp will make for a nice tank. You'll prolly end up getting some hermits and stuff too. Make sure you get some of the smaller clownfish though. Stay away from maroons, cinnamons, and whatnot. Just remember to stock slowly, and that saltwater cant hold the amount of oxygen that freshwater can, thereby lowering the stocking ratios. I wouldn't add any other fish...the only exception might be something like a clown citron goby or an algae eating blenny or something. Depends on filtration and whatnot.
