	is this a good price for live rock?
nano reefer Fish Addict Posts: 716 Kudos: 570 Votes: 3 Registered: 29-Feb-2004	Hey ok i was in my lfs yesterday and i was looking at the life rock and it had 10 per kg ($17) so is this a good price for it oh and is figi live rock if that makes any difrence and they are also wanting 15 or a common clown ($29) is that bad so can you give me an answer? if its good or if its bad deal

Its a mix of Fiji, Marshall Island, and a little Tonga branch. So, it seems that rock is quite expensive, but maybe its always that much over there.

As for the clowns, depending upon size obviously, I'd say for tank bred thats expensive. I paid 15 for a pair of 3cm common clowns. But also paid 15 for a 3cm maroon clown.
