Options:
1. When I moved my stuff, I got a big bucket that fits into the tank. Filled it with water, and added the corals under water to the bucket. Then I moved it to the the new tank and slowly add and remove water from the new tank to the bucket.
2. I have, and seen people just pick up most corals out of the tank and moved it to the new tank, but they have made water swapes between the two tanks for a week to make sure water parm's are the same.
Only sponge corals as far as I know can not be taken out of the water, and must stay under water at all times.

I did both options and did not loose any corals.

Best of luck.
