It depends on what corys you're looking @.
Anything much over 1.5 inches is going to be too big really. Remember that corys are schooling fish and need 6+ of their own kind to feel the most comfortable.

I'm not sure of how aggressive the german rams are, but I know if you want a school of corries for a 10 gallon you might be able to get a school of 6 [link=Danty Corries]http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/profiles/daintycory.xml" style="COLOR: #ccc6cb[/link] (corydoras habrosus). They don't grow to be much more than an inch in size, and are always going, they are like the energizer bunny on a sugar rush. (excuse the phrasing, but it is the only thing that would describe them:%))

But, by looking at the two profiles they seem to be fairly compatible water wise, though I'm still not positive as to how peaceful the [link=German Rams]http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/profiles/blueram.xml" style="COLOR: #ccc6cb[/link] are. If they are very peaceful (someone give some advice here, I've never kept them) then go for it. If not, foget it. Honestly I'd get a little larger tank, then you could really enjoy the corries at their best...Heidi

PS I'm leaving you with a picture of how tiny the danties are compared to the Bandit/metae Corries...hml

Is there any other bottom feeder that would be better in my size tank besides cory's?
