Ok, I just got a 20gallon long, and the dresser we want to put it on has a 1/2" overhang on each side. Do you think it will be ok?

I remember seeing someone with a 55 or 90 gallon with about a foot overhang on each side, so im hoping the tank will be ok. We don't really have a place for it other than the dresser.

Also, how do you think i can stock it? I already have 2 corys and 2 YoYo loaches I want to put in. Im going to seed the tank with the old gravel from my tank now.

If you can get a plank or somthing a bit longer to sit it on it would be better I think. Good luck.

ok..

does it need to have it? We don't have anything to put under it, so it will be pretty hard to put the tank up today (when I was hoping to put it up)

I don't think that a plank would help the tank, but it might be the same as without a plank or something

it probably would help, because the wood will be like a support on the sides (granted that it is strong)
