They look cool, but are they cruel? I have 4 peppered cories, 2 dwarf guarimas (sp), and thinking about getting some tetras.

here's an ebay link.

Wall-mounted aquariums are just fine as long as they have decent filtration and regular maintenance is performed (this is to be expected of any aquarium), but due to their unusual shape, they cannot be stocked nearly as heavily as a regular tank.

I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.

Those kinda remind me of the bowl shaped tanks you can get and apparently put bettas in...they stick on your wall sideways. Think of it kinda like portholes on a ship but filled with water. I think those are a little more severe than these TV's...small, but do-able.

With it being only 5 gallons you're already overstocked.

I'd suggest ugrading the tank now for your current stock, maybe just get one male betta for the small tank.

^_^

They're fine in a 20 gal. Is it planted? What kind of filter do you use?

Yep it's planted, with a small cave. I'm using a tetra whisper filter.

Guys, what do you think about this one? Requires a bit more work. Seems much roomier!!

The problem I have w/ this shape is there isn't much water surface volume which is important for o2 exchange. This means you wouldn't be able to keep as many fish in this tank as I think you'ld like to.

I'm with Baz..... also it being so narrow you would have to choose something that did laps. Silver sharks always seem to behave like that in the shop....

Yabbies in that tank maybe?..... axylotyl?

soooo narrow

It is way over priced for a 20 and how would you clean it?
