Dont worry about the little worms. They are not going to hurt your fish. A great kind of fish for eating those kind of things is any labyrinth fish, dwarf gouramis, male or a female betta, paradise fish, etc. These all love and enjoy small invertebrates with zeal! Mollies and Platys are also exceptional at keeping microorganisms and this kind of thing in check as well. Perhaps a pair of nice looking platys would do the trick!
