What do you think of this arrangement?

4 corys
1 small pleco
3 dime sized angels
3 fancy guppies
1 balloon molly
2 red platys

Good for the time being until the dime size angels get bigger. Are you planning on getting a larger tank farther down the track?

You might want to look into getting a couple otto's if your worried about algae. I would go with 6 corys but 4 is fine. With the platys you could get 1m/2f since that ratio works well with livebearers.

no baloon mollie and no pleco. The mollie would like a mate... And the plec would get way too big for that tank.

How long away is the bigger tank?
Make it:
Corys x 4,
Angels x 2, (until bigger tank)
Pleco (as long as its a BN) if not, no
go until bigger tank).
Guppys x 3 males, (males prettier & smaller)
Platys x 2 female , 1 male,
Balloon Mollys x 2 females, (males too aggressive)

Gold Gouramis depends on what specie. Honey drawf Gouramis are small, so probably no problems x 2 females. If they are the Gold specie of the Blue 3 spotted Gourmai, then no go until bigger tank, as these grow fairly large.
In place of the Pleco the Oto's are not a bad idea. (excellant for algae control)
