in a month or so i will be purchasing a 75 gallon tank. I recentlyhave a 20 and a 2.5. I will be transfering my fish in the 20 to the 75. I recently have 3 panda cories 5 zebra dainos and 3 cherry barbs. This is what i want to have in my 75 10 pandas, 10 other type of cories,10 other type of cories, 10 zebra dainos, 5 cherries, 1 blue gourmia, what other tank mates would be good with this combo. Also my other question..... should i go with sand? Is it alot of work? Also my sister has a red ear small turtle she wants to give that to me will he be fast enough to cacth these fish?

IMHO I would be cautious about mixing any fish with turtles.

They can swim really fast or wait for just the right moment to snap at a fish swimming past.

On the site we have a name for any fish in a tank with turtles. *Lunch* eeeek

See what the others think though....

Turtles need a really different setup then fish... They need basking spots and WILL eat your fish... It's what they do.
