was wondering if any new any in particular. i live in seattle, washington if that helps any.

what size tanks are made commonly and how much do they go for brand new. all i know are 5, 10, 20, 29, and 55 gallon tanks, dont know the price though.

i dont' know any companies that sell used aquariums, but if you're in seattle, you're pretty close to vancouver bc. try www.buysell.com - there are always people in the lower mainland that are selling tanks - some of them are quite reasonably priced, too. but you would have to be willing to drive up to canada to pick them up

alrite thx guys, i already found a 75 gallon tank for 75 dollars. the person said it was 5 years old with no leaks.

try freecycle.com for your area. you should be amazed at the responses to your free fish tank queries.

naw i didnt find the 75-gallon on the sites that were suggested. i went to graiglist.org and posted looking for a tank. next day i got replys. im not sure what condition the tank is in though. it comes with cabinet, heater, filter.. the whole set up. this is like the bestest deal ive ever gotten.
