Apple snail vs. swordtails | |
zman Hobbyist Posts: 76 Kudos: 73 Votes: 63 Registered: 19-Feb-2006 | I am concerned about my apple snail being what seems to be the swords nibbleing at it. I a not sure if the swords are doing harm or are just chcking the snail out? |

I've never had a problum with swords nipping my apples, although I did have a problum with my apples cornering young fry and my guppy trio and devouring them Inky |

They like to pick at things all day, and there may be some taste of algae on the snail shell. mOOndaWg is right, swords feed on a lot of plant matter... could be all it is. |
