jacekz Enthusiast Posts: 188 Kudos: 16 Votes: 0 Registered: 02-Mar-2003 | I bought some apple snails and some other nice snails that they did not know the name, problem I have is that their shells are deteriorating, I bought som calcium tablets but it does not seem very helpfull. They are in a 5G aquarium with filter and heater, temp is around 75F. I feed algae tablets and flakes (rarely). Can somebody help please. |

Chemicals, minerals, etc can erode shells. I'm trying diff combos of conditioners and mineral blocks cus I'm having similar problems with one of my Pomacea Bridgesi snails. |
