First Crayfish | |
angie6999 Hobbyist Posts: 125 Kudos: 57 Votes: 0 Registered: 06-Dec-2003 | I just bought my first crayfish and am wondering what i could use from home to cover the small opening in the back of my tank to prevent them from crawling out? I was told to use a mesh, but i don't have anything like that. Any other ideas? I just need something to hold me over for a few days until i can get the proper covering. What is the correct stuff to use? Also, any other info on crayfish would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

For a temporary covering, you could just strech out a piece of pantyhose or something. I guess that would work, unless someone says otherwise. |

They're already trying to escape. What kind of mesh did they mean? Like a wire mesh? Or a cheesecloth? I never thought about the pantyhose. I could try that. Thanks. . |
