pugperson Fish Addict Posts: 877 Kudos: 953 Votes: 293 Registered: 16-May-2003 | Ghost shrimp are very small, do clean up some of the gunk and uneaten food off of the bottom of the tank. At my lfs, they are about 10 for $1. Fun to watch. But you must have plenty of hiding places so when they shed their shell, they can hide out until their new shell hardens. Also if any female is carrying eggs it increases the chances of some of the young surviving. Just be aware that if you have larger fish, they may consider them food to go. |
