Ok, I have a 55 gallon stocled with alot of community fish, I wanted to know wether there was a crayfish that wouldnt eat my fish.

IMO, you should just go with shrimp. The crab commonly sold as fw, the red clawed crab, is actually a brackish species. Dwarf crays are rather uncommon in the trade, and prefer lower temps (mid-low 70s), but they are quite peaceful to anything over 2", or so I've heard.
