	My snail is dead?
Graphite Fingerling Posts: 45 Kudos: 34 Votes: 0 Registered: 20-Jul-2004	How do I know if my snail is dead or just dont want to move around? hes been in the same spot for like a day so I decided to take him out the tank and isolate him.

katieb Fish Addict Posts: 697 Votes: 69 Registered: 03-Jul-2004	If a snail is dead it will most likely be hanging out of his shell motionless, however i have heard stories of dead snails appearing to be hiding in their shell because the operculum was stuck.
