Posts: 9662 Kudos: 5261 Registered: 16-Sep-2001 ![]() ![]() ![]() | they are a pretty good food source (ie. fish eat them readily, dont know nutritional value, assume its not much), but i would be wary of getting them from streams as the amount of 'natural' gunk in a stream that your tank-bred fish have never been exposed to can prove fatal or at least a colossal hassle. |
