The only problem you have is after several generations of inbreeding the quality of pretty much any animal tends to go down. Unless you start with a very large group containing both males and females and have very strict breeding practices removing any potentially less healthy animals then you need to add some unrelated breeders every few generations. Most add a few new shrimp every year and if possible from a different source. |
