They are great algae eaters, get them when they're small. I tried SAE's, CAE's, otos, amano shrimp, red cherry shrimp. (still have all the shrimp) None of those fish could keep the tank clean of algae. 2 BN's keep my 29 algae free, 1 cleans my 10. Had 4 otos in the 10 before with plenty algae and glass scraping left.. Not any more. The Amazon Nut... |
