obviously i should probably not feed them shrimp pellets i'm guessing but what can i feed them? is just flakes good enough? they live with a betta, so can i just have them eat the betta bites that fall down to the bottom?

They'll eat anything and everything...supposedly will also eat each other....least that was the explination given when all 20 of mine dissapeared...

Mine did fight over peas as much as any barb!

I have mine in with my Betta and my danios and they eat the flakes that fall to the bottom. It funny to watch because the flakes are colored pink, green and yellow and you cann actually see it pass through the exoskeleton and they turn that color until it is digested

Mine also eat the frog pellets that fall to the bottom, personally I think they'll eat anything they can get their hands on. Mine's with a betta too...I hope your betta is sweet tempered b/c they will end up as lunch if hes not!
