is it possible to add croaking gouramis,betta smaragdina, and female betta splendens in one tank, given the size and hiding places.or should i add them to all different tanks.

I'm not sure about the fish you're wondering about but I keep 3 sparkling gouramis, a M/F pair of honey gouramis, and a Betta coccina together in a 20g without any problems.

The wild betta and gourami would be fine. However, female bettas have very unpredictable personalities. You knever know what you're going to get!
