Aggression | |

As far as controlling the aggression, I'm not sure that would be possible as some female Bettas are more sociable than others. As this will cause her to think she is in a new environment and cause her to drop the aggressiveness. However, it may cause just the opposite effect and the new betta may become the aggressor. But it's probably worth the try. Jim |

fishyhelper288 Fish Guru Posts: 2161 Kudos: 1951 Votes: 137 Registered: 29-Feb-2004 | i have 3 females in my 29 gallon, it started out with a passive female, then i added a beautifull pink marble those 2 got along very well, but when i added a steel blue ct female they realy dident like her too much, but with time she learned to get along, and although bluebery still shows stress stripes now and then, i think she is very happy i think if u just give them time, they would be alright, or u could introduce another female or 2, to distribute the aggression |
