I posted in the breeding advice forum but am getting no answers..
anyone bred them? I recently had some spawn in a community tank..and wondering what the chances are of any surviving, and what I might do to help if anything?
Thanks.

I don't have any personal experience here, but I've found some websites that will help:

I hope these sites will help you!

thanks.
well, the nest has been rebuilt and there are a good number of fry..they are SO tiny..much smaller than kribs..odd considering how much bigger the parents are.
Any..I guess the obvious would be to get a fry net today..duh.

I read an article on breeding Pearl Gouramies in a magazine and based on that, I would imagine the major challenge raising the fry in a community tank would be feeding the fry. They're small and require infusoria. It would be a challenge to make sure the fry get it and it just doesn't dissipate. But maybe someone here has direct experience with this.
