hi i was wondering if bettas are really good fish to keep in a dorm room or not??

and if soo what kind of tank and other things would i need?

Bettas are excellent fish to keep in a dorm because they require less space and maintainence than other fish. For size of tank you can get anything from a goldfish bowl to a ten gallon tank or higher.

you just pretty much need:
~5 gallon or bigger tank with small filter, if you dont have time to do frequent water changes.
~brine shrimp net *because they are softer*
~pellets
~Gravel, soft plants, smooth decor if you want
~betta
