JTF Enthusiast Posts: 245 Registered: 16-May-2004 | Bought a product called Nutrafin basix, Ingredients: Freeze dried red grubs. Is this food good for bettas on a daily basis. |

You'll love it at first, but after a whi8le you'll start to an upset stomach. A good staple food for your betta is Hikari Betta Bio-Gold, and HBH Betta Bites are also really good as well. Feel free to supplement their diet with the occasional red grub treat, but it's not an ideal staple food. |
