Hi all!

Remeber that my bettas spawned a while back? well almost 3 months have past and i couldn't make all of them grow, but i still have 2 really healthy and active boys and one girl. At least what i can make out of them, they are still small, but the female is already developing a horizontal color stripe, and the males still white but have like a male form

Anyway, i was wondering at what age should i separate them from eachother, the males are like playful to eachother, but i don't want that to turn into a fight ring, the female just ignores them and keeps to her own in her side of the tank.

I read that they should be separated at 3 months of age, but these little guys seem to be very active and moody already.

What is the best way to separate them, just jar them in diferent tanks and that's it?

You should seperate them once it starts getting too ruff, don't want any recked fins. What size tank are they in? It would be better to seperate them because betta fry/juvies produce a special hormone that will slow down the growth of their smaller siblings. How big are they?

Thats really small for 3month old fry. What are you feeding and how many water changes are you doing? To push their growth you can feed more often and do waterchanges everyday.
