Betta's and CO2 | |
Pammy Hobbyist Posts: 148 Kudos: 130 Registered: 30-Mar-2004 | Because bettas breathe from the surface, can they be affected from large amounts of Co2 in the water? This is probably a stupid question, but I was wondering if Co2 can harm the betta's body or cause any other kind of distress. Well, thanks! -pamela |

Also, the pH swing will affect their slime coat and possibly send them into shock. take the same care as you wiuld with a tank full of tropicals. |
