I would like to see some of your betta set-ups, If some of you would be as kind as to post some pics of yours it would be a great help.

I am trying to see what way I could set it up nice.

Thanks again everyone,
Angel Eel

I have switched my male betta's home many times. First, he was in a 2 gallon hex with a little under gravel filter, but then i acquired a 10 gallon and bred him. Then i switched that tank to shelldwellers and he was too old to breed so now he is a 6 gallon tank since i didn't feel like putting him in a smaller tank. I want him to have a good retirement! It has colorful gravel and i am still deciding on the decorations. I know the fake colored gravel looked tacky but i like it since he is purple and all my other tanks are so natural looking!

I have done a few.

I have found that shared water is a BIG nono. Some people have success, but i'd recommend against it.

Hope these help.

Wow, those are great! I'd love to do something like that eventually.

I have a bunch of 2g hex tanks. Some time ago both PetCo and PetSmart had sales online with free shipping. I don't use the UGF that they come with but it's nice to have spare air pump.

Anyhow, at the time I had a number of bettas so I bought this inexpensive shelving unit from Target and set up betta city (sorry about the poor quality pic, that was right before I got my new camera)

Now I have only one betta, the other 2g tanks are in storage.

This is the first Betta setup I ever had. It's a 2 gallon hex. Nothing special but it worked. http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/chisoxmarlins/detail?.dir=/9c77&.dnm=8ec3.jpg&.src=ph

Once my new Betta setup is complete I'll post some pics. It's a 10 gallon divided in half. Both sides will have a play sand substrate and some plants. But I still haven't decided if I will use real or silk plants.

I have three 5gs, and one 10g.

Bettas in all, plus one very happy Cherry Barb.

I've had the betta in larger tanks, I find that they are happiest in somthing the size of a 5 gallon. In anything smaller they looked bored and in anything bigger they looked scared and sickly...
