Along with my other Betta Boys, I have acquired several Crowntails - of which I'm quite proud! I've been trying to keep with a theme in regard to their names... Jester, Joker, Harley (Short for Harlequin), Jingles, Jangles ... but my latest Crowntail boy alas has NO name as it has become very difficult for me to come up with anything other than "Fool"... And that's hardly a name I want to use! So I figured, since my mind has reached an impasse in this - I'd seek help.... Anybody have any ideas?

(And just in case it isn't as obvious as I think it is, the "theme" for these boys is anything related to a court jester.... Decided on going with this theme in names after a friend of mine remarked that he thought Crowntails resembled jesters... I realize Jingles and Jangles is a bit of a stretch -- but figured the bells on the court jester's hat would/could make that sound)

Now the picture attached is one of Jester... My very first Crowntail... He's the only one I've been able to capture for a half way decent picture! (Yes, I continue to try to improve my digital camera skills -- but as you can see,
I still have a very long way to go!)

Anyway, if someone could come up with a "court jestery" name - I'd really appreciate it.

Anyone remember that cartoon? Alias the Jester?

GREAT NAMES! Now I'll have THREE to consider! You see, after the couple of days I spent trying to figure out a name coming up dry --- Shortly after posting last night, I thought of Quin... You know, then I would have Harley & Quin.... But Court is a definite possibility as well -- Court & Jester!!! ..... Hmmmmm.... They're both outstanding names --- And rather than let them go to waste, if I can't manage to make a decision soon I suppose I will just "have to" get another Crowntail, don't you think?!? ]

Now Callatya, you have created another dilemma for me.... I have literally been racking my brain trying to remember Alias the Jester --- and I simply can't recall that cartoon!!! As I will turn 50 years old this year -- I'm sure I was around at the time .... Can you give any further info about it? (I'm going crazy trying to remember!
