I have a planted 10 gal. that's almost cycled and was wondering if I could place him in there with my male Betta? I'm also going to put in some small Cory's down the road. Thanks

I'm not sure that would be a good idea, i'm pretty sure that you'd have some problems with those 2 fish in a 10 gallon. Maybe a schooling fish would be the way to go. The cories should be fine, make sure to get a school of at least 6 so they are super happy.

Hi Jessnick,

Thanks for the advice... best not to pair those 2 up eh? No problem I bought a small school of 5 White Clouds for the 10 gal today, and they seem to be doing fine so far, other than the odd short pursuit by the male Betta. These WC's are pure eye candy! and from what I can see I have 2 females and 3 males... oh boy, time to put some Java Moss in there! .

They sure are fast little fish :%)

Here's some pics that I took while acclimating them into their new home.

That's a nice little setup you have there.....those are going to be some happy fish. See if you can't get a pic of your Betta too, we'd love to see them.

Thanks Jessnick

I had a hard time trying to get a clear image of the WC's as their always on the go and I can't adjust the ISO on my digital camera high enough. But here's what I managed to get.

I've noticed on my camera, which I try not to use a flash because the colors come out much better, but when I use a flash it tends to take clearer pics of fast moving fish. Try it, it works on my digicam!
