I fed mine flakes and frozen bloodworms. Just feed them a pinch of flakes and occasionaly a few bloodworms. There's no exact amount of food they need, just see what works for you.

Gouramis will eat most foods. Flake food with spirulina is best for everyday use, but don't be afraid to give a treat now and then. Just remember, since gouramis mainly hang out near the surface, their foods should float, or they might be missed.
