Gabriel is on free-lease from a friend.
Squash is way too inbred, but a lovely fish. She has one eye due to an arguement with a female green mask.

We are on a mission to create a line or two of premium VTs, with good tail spread and a good immune system. they will be used to help people get their foot in the door and learn to breed, without going to the expense of importing and without all the stress of illness and import ill-health.

This is the beginning of our opaque line.


I caught Gabe eating the eggs, so, thinking fast, i slipped a polystyrene meat tray under the nest. IT WORKED!
Artificially incubated eggs!
I use bubblewrap for nesting material, so the humidity was fine under there, and there was plenty of air frapped underneath, even after the bubbles eventually popped.

Squash (DT x HM, the DT gene causes the short body, but Squash is rather extreme.)The tail split is a spawning injury.

Very nice... The inbredness isn't appealing, but the opaque color is fairly pure. Provided that u only breed the prime F1s, then the F2s and on should be of high quality and breed fairly true.

Gabriel is beautiful Reminds me of my late, Boner.


Anywho, congrats on the spawn, hope all works well for you.
