But I have 2 Opaline Gourami and 6 angels in my 150g tank. as far as sexing them and how many, that I still havent figured out. The gouramis get along fine. My angels have started to claim territory tho. But not alot of fighting going on. Fish tanks are an expensive addiction |

Pretty much same goes for any of the more common gourami species, like blues, opalines, golds (all same species), platinum, snakeskin, dwarf etc. I dont know about the more rare gouramis. In most gourami species, females have much more rounded fins and shorter, and in some species females are less colorful (like dwarfs where females are a pinky plain color with faint striping). For angelfish, the larger the group, the more aggression with be spread out throughout and not targetted on one fish. 6-8 angels would be appropriate. They are difficult to sex at the best of times, though there are some tricks to it. Come Play Yahtzee With Me! http://games.atari.com Http://www.myleague.com/yahtgames |

With a background filled with nice tall sword plants and drift wood under 250 watts of fluro lighting. chris |
