Heater for bowl? | |
bcwcat22 Big Fish Posts: 395 Kudos: 314 Votes: 34 Registered: 16-Jul-2005 | I was thinking of getting a betta and putting it in a 2 gallon bowl I have, however the temperature in the place I would like to put it dips to a chilly 65F at night. I know I need a heater but I need something small and discreet as I dont want to detract from the fish. Any suggestions?? "A noble spirit embiggens the smallest man" Simpsons |

Aparently you need to spell link correctly in order for more than just the words "this one" to show up in your post :%)! ^_^[hr width='40%'] "in any case, chocolate is hardly a rare comodity." said Chaos. They also sell them at Petco for a few dollars more, if that's of interest. I'm buying five, so uh... the 4-5 bucks I'm saving per heater is worth ordering it. Another idea would be trying the reptile under-tank heaters... I looked into them, but thought the little heaters might be a better idea in my situation. *shrugs* ~Meow. Thus spoke the cat.~ |

I took another gander at Petco while I was there... $14.99 for those heaters there. They're 9.99 on bigalsonline. Can't wait until they come in... I'll check back with a report on them if you like. I know my betta boys will enjoy them, as it's starting to get quite cool here. ~Meow. Thus spoke the cat.~ |
