Its un-heated, I have a light about half a foot above it (its on my bed-side table), will it be okay there? Or should I move him on top of my other tank? When I checked, the temp was 20*C.

Ammolock2 or Prime & water changes at least every 5 days. Got it.

I thought of using biggish stones, I'll try to get some soon (atm he's using gravel from my other tank)

Thanx alot calla

*Edit, the temp is a stable 20*c, is that okay?

he will be fine

if its unheated, put the little tank on top of your refrigerator or on top of one of your heated tanks to get some warmth (I'd guess your house has A/C too, so if its at 22*C or above, you are fine)

in that size tank, consider using Ammolock2 or Prime or something that detoxifies ammonia, and do a WC every 4-5 days

you could do it every day or every 2nd day, but really, considering where he is coming from, it might be too much of a shock to him. He won't be used to the handling or the clean water or any of that bizzo, so go slow and steady and keep an eye on him

Oh, and use biggish stones on the base of his tank so that the poo can fall between them and when he rests on the bottom, he isn't laying on poo.
