I moved Joey to a rectangle tank, he is still on my desk and has some floating plants.

his colour is completely back, he is the lovely deep blue he was when I got him in Jan!!

he made lots of bubbles although he can't seem to manage a whole nest yet. he did before maybe that will change in time.

he has flared loads in his new tank and the absolutely best thing - when i fed him this morning he watched me as i leaned over his tank and jumped up at me twice as i put the food in!!now as i type he is watching me.he is intersted in all movements.

I think in his old tank he couldn't see out so well and hid alot because he couldn't figure out what was happening? now he has a clear view of me, he can see me walk up and down and i think he can see into the other tank.

sometimes i would love to know exactly what he sees, he now even reacts when i get out of bed, which is across the other side of the room.

i am so happy he is back to his old self.

Good job, maybe a water change or something would have helped Joey out in his old tank, but I guess what you did is like a 110 percent water change! I'm glad he is happy, a happy fish is a healthy one.

And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."
