I don't know wheither to put my FEMALE betta in with 2 FEMALE pearl gouramis or if they will fight.
The betta can go in either with:

7 Gallon
3 Platys

30 Gallon
2 Pearl Gouramis
7 Pristella Tetras
12 Corys
2 Bristle Nose

Which would the FEMALE like betta? Or is could go in about a 2.5 gallon planted by its self.

well always bettas are better off by themselves.

but if i were to try, i would go with teh gouramie, personally i have never had any problem with bettas and other labyrith fish, and labyrith fish have always been my favorites. I think it would be better than with 3 platy.

Not true. I have successfully kept my betta, Nekhoro with many different kinds of fish, but not with gouramis. She should be fine with the platies, and maybe the gouramis if both have places to hide. But I have never mixed gouramis with bettas.

Fish are like potato chips. . .you can't have just one

let me ask you something? how many bettas have you owned, b/c in general that yes every betta is different and they react to different fishes differently, while you may have been lucky with a betta that could hold his own, but their are others who are either more aggressive, or less agressive and may attack, or be attacked by tankmates, so why risk it? What are the advantages in houseing a betta with other fish, and have a chance of it being agressive or getting attacked,

keeping bettas by themsleves isn't wrong, and when you look at the risk, it would equal out that they are better alone.
