I have 2 dwarf gourami, 5 yellow barb, 5 tiger barb in 120L tank.

Anybody here know how to determine which one is male or female in dwarf gourami?

is it the intense coloring?

Typically males are more brightly colored, with females being a bit more greyish brown. The male's dorsal fin is usually more pointed than the female's.

Male gouramis are red and blue,
females are not, they are grayish pink
and it may or may not be possible to make
out the striping.
It will be very obvious if one is a female,
it will look drastically different.
Just google "female dwarf gourami" to see
pics.

I don't recomend having dwarf gouramis with tiger barbs. Tiger barbs are nasty little fin nippers that will go after your slow moving gouramis. It is rare to find female dwarfs, so both of yours are mostly male. Males don't always get along that well with one another, sort of like male bettas. Your tank is big enough, at least, for the fish to hide from one another, but still - tiger barbs and gouramis and not such a good idea.

hmmm so far i haven't seen any aggression by the barbs, maybe because they are busy with their own school, they just leave the dwarf doing their stuff
