I've kept paradise fish with white clouds but in a 20 gallon tank. I'd keep an eye on things, some will become more aggressive in smaller tanks like a 10 and the neons are of a size they could be prey for adult paradise fish.

Depends on the temperment of your paradise fish. Mine killed off half of my school of neons. So it may or may not work.

try and get a female, I had 4 females in (though, i may have had 3 females and a male, we never really decided) with all sorts of small and colourfuls and they were fine.

you can also try days paradice fish, a rarer type but should be less of a factor in stocking.

Neons would probably be fine with paradise but I'd do in a 20g at least. Paradise are active swimmers and I still do not agree with all the people who keep them in a 10g tank much less with other fish. They may not zip around really fast but they are not bettas and prefer plenty of space to explore. My paradise were as or more active than my blue gouramis are.
