I've seen pics of breeding ready females and they look like they've swallowed a whole pea or something - but my female looks only a little fatter than before!!! ]:| i've been feeding her for abotu 2 weeks now - when the live foods have run out (fruit flies, and fruit fly larvae which she lurrrves ![]() but its been mostly live.. |

Though I've never bred bettas, my boys seem to love them as a treat. ![]() Make sure that you culture them yourself so they are free of diseases. Also, if you haven't done so already, try putting the female near the male so that they can see each other. That usually stimulates some breeding behaviour. ![]() |
