this timing couldent have been more perfect!!!! they dident take long the day befor yesterday around..i guess maybe 2-3:00 and i noticed that night the eggs had been layed.... i wasnt ancious for the hatching...so maybe thats why it dident take long WHOO HOO!!! *goes to finish setting up the growout tank* ok, maybe i getting ahead of myself.....maybe../:'

Live Brine Shrimp is very good for yor Betta's. You can also feed them some Microworms for the first few days.

i would never feed bbs so earliy. when the bettas are just hatched, they wont be able to eat the bbs untill they have been free swimming for around 4 days. powders, winger eels, microworms are better for bettas when they are just free swimming, if possible hold off on the bbs for a few days and go get plants and let them eat all the goodies from the plant water.

the only reason i have heard(that i thought was good) for feeding young fry bbs as soon as there free swiming is to get: survial of the fitest. this is mainly for short tail plakats that will grow up to be winnig fighters.
